Rehoming a TG (Move It From One BSC To Another)

1. Open the TG in TG Tool.
2. Go to planned TG.
3. Select the new BSC.
4. Adjust Abis settings for the new BSC.
5. Enter the new TG number.
6. Click the Apply button.
7. Wait until execucion of command file stops because of an error (cells are still not defined in the new BSC).
8. Start the job in CNA to move cells.
9. After CNA job is completely finished, click Retry.
